What’s included in the 90-Minute Root-Cause Intensive?

A focused deep dive into your symptoms, patterns, goals, and history—followed by a clear, personalized action plan. You’ll also get a 30-minute follow-up 2–3 weeks later to refine and troubleshoot.

Do you create a fasting plan for me?

Yes. I build a fasting rhythm that matches your current hormonal season (cycling, perimenopause, menopause) and your stress level—so it supports your body instead of backfiring.

How Do you offer BioEnergetic Scan sessions? How long is each session?

AO Scan is available as an optional add-on inside coaching. I use it as an educational tool to help prioritize focus areas and track trends alongside real-world markers (sleep, energy, cravings, digestion, cycle, etc.).

Is this medical care? Do you diagnose or treat?

No. This is education and coaching. I don’t diagnose, treat, prescribe, or replace medical care. Always work with your licensed provider for medical evaluation and treatment.
